Carbon Link Australia is looking to appoint a Project Manager to complete the process initiation phase of their business development prior to commencing commercial operations.

Carbon Link is about enabling farmers to put carbon on their bottom line and improve sustainability and was born out of the need to support farmers to earn income by improving their soil.

We require an experienced project manager with an engineering background and formal project management qualifications. Preferably with an understanding of carbon sequestration and the carbon industry plus experience in managing remote mobile teams.

The key objectives are to consolidate and complete a number of allied projects and activities into an overall process prior to operational commencement.

Key requirements for the appointment are:

  1. Formal project management qualifications.
  2. Proved experience in managing critical path projects
  3. Ability to effectively communicate with and manage outcomes from researchers and technical professionals.
  4. Ability to map and record procedures and processes that enable effective business operations.
  5. A key outcome of the appointment is production of an operations manual.

This is a short term, contracted, interim executive appointment – you will be required to work from your own office & provide your own resources, (vehicle, computer etc.) There will be travel to the Queensland agricultural regions and travel expenses will be covered at cost. We are interested in applications from both individuals or executive consultancy firms with the required capacity.

This appointment requires an immediate start, the position will be open until a suitable appointment however the first best applicant will be engaged.
