Notice of Change of Auditor
In accordance with s 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 Kennas Chartered Accountants formally resigned as the auditor of Carbon Link Limited and its associated companies.
The Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) has given consent to the resignation and under s329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 the resignation shall take effect on the date of this notice.
Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd has provided consent per s328A of the Corporations Act 2001 to be appointed the auditor of the Company and has confirmed that it has the necessary resources to complete the statutory obligations.
The Carbon Link Limited Board and management would like to take this opportunity to thank Kennas for their support and exceptional professional service provided to Carbon Link over the years.
